Orange and Violet and Green on Yellow, 1974

Orange and Violet and Green on Yellow consists of an enigmatic violet curve, almost recognizable if correctly oriented in space. The inverted exclamation marks barely contain the enigmatic violet curve. It would seem that this seminal work would open up a career-long investigation of violet curves and their transformational qualities; but John S. Organ soon tired of curves in favor of the more linear exclamation point.
